This recipe is so easy and versatile! You can mix it up ad use different protein powders, milks, etc. I love it. Also, the consistency is perfect! When cooked properly, it has the consistency somewhere between a brownie, cookie and piece of cake. Hard to explain, but oh so good. Give it a try when you’re tired of the same old protein shake, have a couple minutes and a microwave!
-1/2 scoop (about 21 grams) whey protein powder of choice
-80 (ml) unsweetened almond milk
-20 (grams) liquid egg whites
-1/4 tsp. baking powder
-1 packet stevia
Mix all ingredients in bowl and microwave about 1 minute or so, keeping a close eye on the cake so it does not overflow. Enjoy!
